ForMe® Intelligenter Zucker Universal ist eine natürliche Zuckeralternative zum Backen und Süßen, die Haushaltszucker in Rezepten 1:1 ersetzen kann. Durch die einzigartige Kombination der besonderen Zutaten wird ein Backergebnis wie beim Backen mit herkömmlichem Zucker erzielt – jedoch mit weniger Kalorien und dank dem niedrigen glykämischen Index von 33 schonender für den Blutzucker.

Sorgfältig zusammengestellte Kombination

  • Isomaltulose ist ein natürlicher, zahnfreundlicher Zucker, der den Blutzuckerspiegel weniger steigen lässt
  • Trehalose ist eine reine, natürliche Traubenzuckerquelle und ein idealer Energiespender
  • Erythritol ist ein natürlicher Zuckeraustauschstoff ohne Kalorien und ohne Auswirkung auf den Blutzuckerspiegel
  • Stevia ist ein natürlicher Süßstoff aus den Blättern des Süßkrauts mit sehr hoher Süßkraft, aber ohne Kalorien

Gesundheitliche Wirkung

Der Verzehr von Lebensmitteln oder Getränken, die Erythritol oder Isomaltulose anstelle von anderen Zuckern enthalten,

  • trägt zum Erhalt der Zahnmineralisierung bei,
  • bewirkt, dass der Blutzuckerspiegel nach ihrem Verzehr weniger stark ansteigt als beim Verzehr von Lebensmitteln mit anderen Zuckern.
