Shipping and costs

You can order from us without a minimum order value.

The prices include the applicable statutory sales tax. The shipping costs depend on the order total: 

Germany

• up to 19.99 € value of goods - 4.90 €
• from 20 € value of goods - 2.90 €
• from 50 € value of goods - free shipping

Austria

• up to 100 € value of goods - 4.90 €
• from 100 € value of goods - free shipping

Rest of the EU / abroad duty-free 

• up to 100 € value of goods - 4.90 €
• from 100 € value of goods - free shipping

Switzerland (via DDP) 

• Up to 100 € value of goods - 9.90 €
• From 100 € value of goods - free shipping

Other countries worldwide - on request 

Delivery times

The delivery times stated by us are calculated from the time of receipt of your order; if you select the advance payment method, the day after your payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution. Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop, it is 1-3 working days.

Payment and payment methods

The buyer can pay the price by direct debit (Germany and Austria, your account will be debited after the prenotification period has expired), PayPal (Germany and Austria), credit card (Germany and Austria, your credit card will be debited when the order is completed), or advance payment (Germany and Austria, the goods will be dispatched after payment has been received) or select delivery on account (Germany, Austria, only possible with identical billing and delivery addresses). If you select delivery on account, the purchase price must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. We reserve the right to carry out a credit check if you select the payment method delivery on account and to reject this payment method if the credit check is negative.

The following maximum order values apply for the respective payment methods:

• Direct debit: up to €700
• Credit card: up to €700
• PayPal: up to €700
• Invoice: up to €500
• Prepayment: up to €3,000

The buyer does not incur any additional costs when ordering using remote communication means.
