Take 4 capsules per day with meals (preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Note: Consult a doctor if you are taking medication. Do not exceed 800 mg EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18, on an empty stomach, or on the same day as other green tea products. Contains vitamin K, which may affect the efficacy of blood thinners (e.g., Marcumar®).
