Haar-in-form forte For healthy hair and nails with Zinc and healthy hair pigmentation with Copper – high dose

To support the maintenance of normal hair and nails with zinc, normal hair pigmentation with copper, and protection of cells from oxidative stress with vitamin C.

Haar-in-form forte is exactly right if you want a high-dosage zinc supplement for healthy hair and nails, but are already taking another supplement with the multi⁺ Vital Complex. With its higher dosage and additional ingredients, it's ideal if you seek a supplement with extra strong effects. Best quality and composition are a given with any FormMed product.

Recommended intake

Take 4 capsules per day with food (preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).

Note: Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18 years old, on an empty stomach, or with the consumption of other green tea products on the same day.
