Osteo-in-form® multi+ is our recommendation for preventive bone support with Calcium and Vitamins D3 and K2. The additional multi+ Vital Complex provides essential vitamins and minerals. Contains Vitamin K (Consult your doctor before use if you are taking anticoagulant medications, such as Marcumar®).
