Recommended Use: One serving of Vital-Shake replaces a complete meal. You can replace 1–2 meals daily with the Vital-Shake as part of a low-calorie diet.
Preparation: Mix 22 g of powder (about 2 leveled scoops) with 300 ml of cold milk (1.5% fat) or prepare it in a shaker bottle and consume immediately. For a particularly creamy consistency, shake for at least 1 minute in the shaker bottle. Follow the preparation instructions.
Nutritional Information: This product is intended to serve its purpose only as part of a low-calorie diet. To ensure complete nutrition, consume at least 2–3 liters of calorie-free liquids daily, ideally mineral water or tea. Other foods must be part of your diet. A varied and balanced diet, along with a healthy lifestyle, is important.
Storage: Store the canister tightly closed, protected from heat, out of the reach of young children, and in a dry place. Consume within 4 weeks of opening. The fill level is due to technical reasons.
