Phytoform® Griffonia HTP 50+ provides 50 mg of natural 5-Hydroxytryptophan, supporting normal nerve and mental function, complemented by magnesium, and vitamins B1, B6, and niacin. Premium quality is a given for all FormMed products.

Recommended intake
