To support the increase of stool volume with oat bran fibers, as well as normal muscle function and electrolyte balance with magnesium. Psyllium husk powder contributes to a higher fiber intake.

Recommended intake

2 times per day, stir 5.0 g of powder (= 1 measuring spoon) into 200 ml of water and consume immediately. If possible, additionally drink a glass of water slowly afterwards. To avoid initial bloating, it is recommended to start with 1 measuring spoon per day. If this amount is well tolerated (usually from the 4th to the 7th day), the amount can be increased to 2 measuring spoons. In the long term, taking 1 measuring spoon per day may be sufficient.

Important: Due to the increased fibre intake, please ensure adequate fluid intake (at least 2–3 litres / day).

Tip: The powder can also be stirred into other cold liquids or foods such as juice, muesli or yoghurt as desired.

Please note: The powder has a high swelling capacity. Thickening after a short standing time is normal.

Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
